Kaushick Sylvester Jones Appadurai Giri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kaushick Sylvester Jones began their career in 2018 as a Production Supervisor at Kari Motors, where they focused on production planning and materials management. In 2019, they joined Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they were responsible for creating technical specifications for power plant equipment. In 2022, Kaushick worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Concordia University for a brief period. Later that year, they joined Taiga Motors as a Buyer/Planner, contributing to cost reduction and supplier relationship management. Currently, Kaushick holds the position of Supply Chain Lead at Vention, starting in 2023.

Kaushick Sylvester Jones Appadurai Giri completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore in the years 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2023.
