Ashley Rippeth

Ashley Rippeth is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Most recently, Rippeth served as Chief People Officer at Ventra Health from October 2024 to March 2025. Prior to that, a significant tenure was held at Advocate RCM from September 2015 to January 2025, where Rippeth advanced through roles including Senior Vice President of Human Resources, HR Director, and HR Manager/Office Manager. Earlier experience includes HR Generalist positions at J&M Concepts LLC, Popcorn Sutton Distilling, and FactGem, as well as serving as a Human Resources (42A) and Paralegal NCO (27D) in the Army National Guard from December 2006 to February 2015. Rippeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, graduated Cum Laude, and an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, also graduated Cum Laude, both from Franklin University.
