Lance Mills

Lance Mills has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Lance is currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Ventra Health since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Sales at nThrive from an unknown start date to February 2023. From 2019 to 2022, Lance was the Vice President of Sales for PELITAS, and before that, they held the role of Regional Sales Director at the same company from 2012 to 2019. Lance started their career at Aerotek in 2010 as an Account Manager, Outside Sales Representative, and Recruiter. Lance also worked at Dell from 2006 to 2009 as a Sales Manager.
