Quanesha James

Quanesha James, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Quanesha is currently the Vice President of Corporate FP&A at Ventra Health, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of FP&A at Ventra Health from June 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Ventra Health, Quanesha was the Business Owner of Budget Smudget, a company they founded in September 2018 to provide financial planning services and promote financial literacy.

Quanesha also has experience in the healthcare industry, having worked at Designs for Health as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from January 2020 to June 2022, and as a Senior Financial Analyst from October 2019 to January 2020. Quanesha previously held financial analyst roles at Southeastern Grocers from April 2017 to October 2019, and at Medical Tracking Solutions from October 2014 to April 2017. Additionally, they have worked as a Revenue Analyst at Acosta Sales & Marketing in 2014, and as a Bank Teller at Regions Financial Corporation from May 2013 to May 2014.

Quanesha's professional journey began with an internship at INROADS in 2013. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, and has a passion for promoting financial wellness among individuals and organizations.

Quanesha James, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General at the University of the Southwest in 2019. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration in 2015. In addition, they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Planning and Services from the same institution during the same period.
