Johanna Penalo

Johanna Penalo has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 with a Guest Services Associate role at Circuit City. Johanna then moved on to a Shift Supervisor role at Starbucks in 2010, where they deployed partners and delegates tasks so that partners could create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for customers. In 2018, they became a Help Desk Technician Intern at The Brearley School, and in 2019, they held roles as a Field Services Engineer Intern, Help Desk Intern at Eze Castle Integration, a Jr Systems Admin at The Plaza, A Fairmont Managed Hotel, and a Help Desk Technician at AIChE - American Institute of Chemical Engineers. In 2020, they became a Site Support Specialist at Credit Suisse, and in 2021, they were a System Analyst at NYC Health + Hospitals, providing IT support for the NYCHHC enterprise. Johanna is currently a System Support Engineer at Ventucom LLC.

Johanna Penalo's education history includes attending CUNY Hostos Community College from 2021 to 2022, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
