Ayaan Dalal

Ayaan Dalal is a Community Engagement Officer at Ventura Bus Lines since February 2023, with a strong background in customer service and communication. Previously, Ayaan served as an Interpreter at UNHCR from July 2019 to May 2022, facilitating communication in English, Somali, and Arabic. Earlier experience includes roles as GM Secretary at Vienna Gardens EST, Customer Service Representative at Edu World Services Sdn. Bhd., and Customer Service Officer at Global One Language Center. Additionally, Ayaan worked as a Marketing Officer at Dooy Interlink. Ayaan holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance, as well as a degree in Human Sciences with a specialization in Mass Communication from International Islamic University Malaysia.
