Brook Masters

Brook Masters currently serves as the Director of the Learning Resource Center and Student Academic Success Services at California State University Channel Islands, overseeing comprehensive tutoring and academic support initiatives to promote student success. With a robust background in higher education, Brook has held various roles, including Coordinator of Student Academic Success Services at California Lutheran University and Coordinator for the Office of Peer Assisted Learning, focusing on underrepresented students in STEM. Previous experience includes coordinating a non-profit advocating for LGBTQQIA+ youth mental health and serving as a graduate resident director. Brook holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
