Crystal Stratton

Crystal Stratton is a Community Engagement Manager at the Ventura County Fire Department since August 2018, overseeing various programs and enhancing community involvement through partnerships with local agencies. Additionally, Stratton serves as a Joint Information Center Team Member with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, ensuring effective communication during incidents. Previously, from May 2016 to August 2018, Stratton worked as the Resource Family and Community Development Coordinator for the Ventura County Human Services Agency, where recruitment strategies and community engagement initiatives were implemented to support caregivers. Earlier experience includes roles as a Management Assistant at the County of Ventura's General Services Agency, providing support to agency directors. Educational background includes attendance at Antelope Valley College from 2000 to 2003.
