Alicia Casapao

Alicia Casapao, DNP, RN, CPHQ has extensive work experience in various healthcare roles. Alicia'smost recent position was as the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement at Ventura County Medical Center & Santa Paula Hospital. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Nursing Director of Quality and Patient Safety at LOS ANGELES COUNTY OLIVE VIEW-UCLA MEDICAL CENTER. Alicia also worked as a Faculty member in the Management Development Program at Los Angeles County Department of Health Services. Alicia has been involved in training and education as an Associate Instructor at Team STEPPS. Additionally, Alicia has held various managerial positions, including Nursing Quality & Regulatory Compliance Manager and Interim Nursing Director at LA County Department of Health Services - Olive View - UCLA Medical Center. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Nurse Manager and Recruiter at Olive View UCLA Medical Center and as a Supervising Staff Nurse at Olive View UCLA. Alicia has significant expertise in quality improvement, patient safety, and healthcare management.
