Roberto Barrientos

Roberto Barrientos is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Migrant Education Recruitment Specialist at the Ventura County Office of Education since September 2016, responsible for identifying, recruiting, and conducting outreach for the Migrant Education Program while assisting in determining eligibility for students and parents/guardians. Previously, Roberto held various roles in the food industry, from kitchen manager at Garman's Pub to assistant manager at Ironhorse Restaurant & Lounge and cook and assistant manager at Harvard's Cafe. Roberto's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California State University Channel Islands, along with two Associate of Arts degrees in Political Diplomacy and International Studies, both from Ventura Community College.
