Kayo Delgado

Kayo Delgado is an experienced professional in the field of cybersecurity, currently serving as Partner and Cyber Security Director at Ventura ERM since May 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing services such as Cyber Maturity Assessment, Cyber Strategic Planning, and various aspects of offensive and defensive security. In addition to the role at Ventura ERM, Kayo Delgado is a Visiting Professor at Universidade de Fortaleza, teaching a course focused on Information Security Fundamentals. Previous roles include Cyber Risk Specialist at Porto Seguro, LATAM Pre-sales Manager at Cipher, and Cybersecurity Senior Manager at EY, where Kayo was involved in cybersecurity portfolio management and incident response. Kayo Delgado holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and postgraduate and bachelor’s degrees in Information Security and Information Systems, respectively.
