Alissa Nemnich

Alissa Nemnich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alissa currently holds the position of Senior Director, Talent at Ventura Foods since 2018. In this role, they oversee the Talent Acquisition function, Diversity and Inclusion efforts, and the development of the Human Resources Information Systems.

Before joining Ventura Foods, Alissa worked at Advantage Solutions: Sales, Marketing, Technology from 2016 to 2018. Alissa served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search, overseeing all aspects of internal executive search and leading a team in charge of director and above roles.

Prior to that, Alissa worked at mophie as the Recruitment Lead - Contract in 2015, where they contributed to the design and manufacture of mobile intelligent devices and accessories.

From 2009 to 2015, Alissa had various roles at Western Dental, including Acting Director, Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager (Field). Alissa collaborated with different departments, implemented proactive recruitment plans, and measured the effectiveness of talent programs during the organization's reorganization and downsizing.

Alissa started their career at Mervyns in 2007 as an Assistant Store Manager, and prior to that, they worked at Wet Seal, Inc as an Assistant Manager from 2001 to 2006.

Alissa Nemnich holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics in Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside.
