Andrea Hogue

Andrea Hogue, CPMM, LSSBB, has a strong and diverse work experience in plant and operations management roles. Andrea currently holds the position of Senior Plant Director at Ventura Foods since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Plant Manager at Harris Tea Company from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for the overall management of the manufacturing facility and distribution center. Andrea has also worked at Sunny Delight Beverages Co. as a Site Operations Manager, Lean Manufacturing Manager, and Operations Manager from 2014 to 2020. Andrea's career started at Anheuser-Busch InBev in 2008, where they held various roles including Process Engineer, Business Process Manager, and Area Manager. Andrea also had experience in the railroad industry, working as a Mechanical Supervisor at Norfolk Southern Corporation from 2006 to 2008. Andrea's expertise lies in overseeing operations, driving continuous improvement, managing budgets, and developing leadership teams.

Andrea Hogue, CPMM, LSSBB, completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2001 and 2005. Andrea has also obtained various certifications, including being a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from CMB Global Partners in 2018, a Certified Enterprise Supplier Risk Manager from Accurate Compliance Auditing & Inventory Solutions in 2017, and a Certified Professional Maintenance Manager from the Association for Facilities Engineering in 2016.
