Chris Guardia has a diverse work experience at Ventura Foods, starting in 1998 and spanning various roles and positions. Chris began as a Process Supervisor and then progressed to roles such as Process Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Plant Engineer, and Facilities Manager. In 2010, they took on the positions of Manufacturing Manager and later Operations Manager. From 2014 onwards, Chris held increasingly senior roles, including Plant Manager, Director of Manufacturing, Sr. Director of Manufacturing, and currently serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing. In this role, they are responsible for multiple manufacturing facilities in the United States and two partnerships in Mexico. Chris also serves as the Executive talent sponsor for Texas Tech University and is a strategic platform owner.
Chris Guardia received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
