Michael McFadden

Michael McFadden, MBA, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Ventura Foods, where leadership of a team of thirteen HR and Learning/Development professionals is a primary responsibility. With extensive experience in human resources management, Michael previously worked at Sazerac Company and PepsiCo, managing HR functions for large employee bases and handling labor relations matters. Michael's career also includes significant roles in the Kentucky National Guard, where leadership and operational management of personnel and training were key focuses. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and a BA in Political Science from the same institution.
