The mission of Ventura Land Trust is to permanently protect the land, water, wildlife, and scenic beauty of the Ventura region for current and future generations. As a 501(c)(3) accredited land trust, Ventura Land Trust has been in operation since 2003 and has permanently protected over 3,800 acres of open space in Ventura County. Ventura Land Trust strives to balance conservation and recreation by connecting our community to the open space we protect, in hopes that this connection will foster a sense of stewardship and responsibility in current and future generations.
