Jeff Shaffar

Jeff Shaffar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff started their career at Werner Enterprises in 2001, where they worked as a Load Planner, responsible for assigning freight for various divisions. In 2003, they transitioned to the role of Dedicated Manager, where they were in charge of managing specific multi-million dollar customers and overseeing various operational aspects.

In 2009, Shaffar joined Medical Solutions as a Senior Client Manager, where they strategically placed and staffed nursing and allied health care professionals. Jeff successfully managed multiple hospital accounts, including health systems and individual facilities. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Senior Business Development Executive.

Currently, Shaffar serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Ventura MedStaff since October 2020, after previously holding roles as the VP and Director of Business Development at the same company. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in business development, strategic management, and operational leadership.
