Ventura Partners is a real estate development company that has brought an unconventional perspective to commercial real estate for almost 20 years.  We partner in projects to enhance community infrastructure and implement & incorporate programming that supports the long-term health of neighborhoods while supporting opportunities for local ownership of assets and also seeking a competitive financial return to investors. It's a holistic approach that works in a historically single-minded industry.

Our reputation for developing and managing commercial nonprofit properties is built on decades of experience in all aspects of commercial development. Effectively utilizing that experience in traditional development-related structures to strengthen community-based services is at the core of our work.

Experts in financing, construction, renovation and conversion of retail, office, special use properties, and community impact, the Ventura Partners team is curated by and includes Kim Frentz Edmonds. Now the principal & founder, she began as an independent consultant and expanded the company to what it is today.
