Pradnya Aradhye

Pradnya Aradhye, RTTP, is an accomplished professional in innovation management, currently serving as Manager of Innovation Management at Venture Center since September 2019, following earlier roles including Senior Specialist and Specialist in the same department. Pradnya has extensive experience in bioincubation from a previous tenure at Venture Center from June 2012 to July 2016, where the role involved creating incubate pipelines, developing scientific support systems, and generating revenue through various services. Additionally, Pradnya held board positions at Abhiruchi Probiotics Pvt Ltd and Orthocrafts Innovations Pvt Ltd from January to July 2016. Pradnya's educational background includes a Master of Technology in Biological Science and Bioengineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and degrees in Bioinformatics and Biotechnology from BII, IASE-DU, and Nagpur University, respectively.
