Gillian Roche-Saunders

Gillian Roche-Saunders is a partner at Adempi Associates LLP, specializing in financial services regulatory consultancy since July 2019. Concurrently, Gillian serves as a mentor for the Help to Grow scheme with the Association of Business Mentors and holds various leadership roles with the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association, including board member and governance committee member. Additionally, Gillian chairs the Regulatory Committee for the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and provides strategic advice to Breathworks Foundation, where involvement includes serving as a non-executive director for Breathworks CIC. Previous experience includes partnerships at Bates Wells Braithwaite and BWB Compliance, as well as founding Umbrella Hunter to assist financial startups with regulatory challenges. Educational background includes an MSc in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Birkbeck, University of London, and a law degree from the University of Leicester, complemented by studies in French Law at Université Jean Moulin.
