Fadi Khoury

Fadi Khoury has considerable experience in the field of information technology. Fadi currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at Venture Christian Church since February 2022. Prior to this, Fadi held various roles at the National Archives UAE, including Acting Head of Information Technology Section from March 2010 to November 2020, and Head of IT Support from May 2000 to February 2010. During their tenure at the National Archives, Fadi successfully managed multiple major technology releases per year, led various projects, and demonstrated expertise in coordinating and executing enterprise software, hardware, and system implementations. Fadi also managed a significant budget and led the implementation of several Enterprise-wide systems. Fadi was actively involved in managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals, creating a unified and productive work environment.

Fadi Khoury obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute, where they studied from 1990 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Fadi Khoury has also obtained several certifications. Fadi became a Scrum Master through Mountain Goat Software in July 2021, and they also received the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance during the same period. Furthermore, in June 2021, they completed courses such as "Becoming a Manager Your Team Loves" and "How to Use Data Visualization to Make Better Decisions—Faster" through LinkedIn. In April 2021, they completed the course "Avoiding New Manager Mistakes" on LinkedIn as well.
