Prior to this role, Erik was Vice President at Welsh Capital from October 2004 to December 2013, focusing on securing optimal financing sources for clients. Erik's career began as a Commercial Banking Officer at TCF National Bank, where loan portfolio management and new business development were key responsibilities. Erik holds a BSBA in Finance, Business Management, Economics, and Marketing from Drake University and pursued additional studies in Business, Political Science, Literature, and Norwegian Language at the University of Oslo.
