Elena Garidis

Elena Garidis is a multifaceted professional specializing in regenerative agriculture, venture capital, and environmental strategy. Currently serving as the host of the Seeds of Hope Podcast, Elena explores the regenerative agriculture ecosystem through engaging conversations with various stakeholders. As a Venture Fellow with Venture Cooperative, Elena collaborates on investment processes and supports early-stage founders. In the role of Director of Events and Startup Consultant at Entrepreneur Ready, Elena also leads a toxic soil remediation project in West Coconut Grove as part of the CLEAR Fellowship at Catalyst Miami. Previously, Elena co-founded Genie AI, focusing on transforming data into actionable insights, and held positions at noyah, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Burkenroad Reports, demonstrating strong analytical and strategic skills across diverse sectors. Elena earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Tulane University and has an international educational background.
