Gary White is the Founder and Principal of Mapportunity™, providing bespoke advisory services for small businesses, leveraging extensive experience in federal small business procurement. Active roles include Advisory Board Member at MetroStar, Advisor to the CEO/COO for Government Affairs at Kismet Health Inc., and Transition Advisory Board Member for the DHS Criminal Investigations and Network Analysis Center at George Mason University. Previously, Gary served as Innovation Division Director at GSA, where complex technology investment projects were managed, and as Director of Innovation in the United States Air Force, developing strategic operational frameworks. Educational achievements include master's degrees from Harvard University, Georgetown University, and Troy University, along with a bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University.
