Norman Ho

Norman Ho has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the engineering, supply chain management, and manufacturing fields. Norman started their career at Motorola, where they held several senior director positions, overseeing business operations, product management, global operations, and supply chain. Norman played a key role in successfully launching multimedia mobile products and managing product supply and demand. After leaving Motorola, they joined Global Development Solutions as the Managing Director, where they focused on engineering solutions and supply chain innovations for consumer electronics. Norman then joined Jabil Circuit as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Management, where they developed strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and created core supply chain teams. Later, they worked at Volex as the Vice President of Advanced Development, before joining Venture Corporation Limited as the Director of Engineering Services and Manufacturing Operations. In this role, they are responsible for global engineering services and product life cycle management, supporting various industries such as industrial, power, life science, medical, telecomms, and consumer electronics.

Norman Ho holds a Master's degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Norman also earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
