Heath Naquin serves as Vice President of Government and Capital Engagement at the University City Science Center, leading government fundraising and lobbying efforts, as well as commercialization programming development. Naquin is currently a Fulbright Fellow, focusing on technology transfer and government innovation policy, and holds the position of Principal at Gaingels, overseeing investments in healthcare. Additionally, Naquin is an investor-member at Sage Growth Capital and Portfolia, targeting advancements in aging technology. Naquin's extensive experience includes serving as an I-Corps Certified Instructor at the National Science Foundation and holding advisory roles at the National Institutes of Health and MD Anderson Cancer Center. Naquin's education includes a Master's degree in Technology Commercialization from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BBA from St. Edward's University.
