Roxanne Spraetz

Roxanne Spraetz is an accomplished finance professional with over 25 years of experience in cost engineering, financial operations, and accounting. Currently serving as Financial Operations Manager and previously as Financial Analyst at Venture General Contracting since March 2016, Roxanne has a strong background in developing processes and streamlining procedures for cost monitoring and project financial management. At Turner Construction Company, from 2007 to 2015, Roxanne held multiple roles, including Sr Cost Engineer and Sr Financial Analyst, focusing on project cost tracking, forecasting, and enhancing billing processes. Earlier experience includes managing an accounting department at Turner Construction from 1998 to 2006 and roles in accounting and payroll management at Penske Motor Group and Penske Logistics.
