Amit Chaudhury

Amit Chaudhury is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the energy and petrochemical sectors. Currently serving as Director of Production Engineering at Venture Global LNG since July 2025, Amit has previously held significant roles such as Senior Process Engineer at Santos Ltd from June 2014 to July 2025 and at Caltex from October 2012 to June 2014, focusing on refinery process unit design and optimization. Amit's career also includes positions at companies like WorleyParsons, PETRONAS, and Qatar Petroleum, where responsibilities ranged from process safety and optimization to operations leadership. Educationally, Amit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
