Andrew Orekar

Andy Orekar is an experienced board member and executive with a focus on the energy sector. Currently serving as a Board Member at Venture Global LNG since September 2021, Orekar previously held board member roles at Tortoise Capital Advisors, where involvement included the successful merger with Hyliion Inc, and GasLog Ltd., where leadership as CEO and Board Member contributed to its status as a leading LNG shipping company. Orekar's extensive investment banking career at Goldman Sachs spanned from 1998 to 2013, culminating in the role of Managing Director. Orekar's educational background includes a BS in Finance and a BA in English from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
