Derek Gammage

Derek Gammage is an experienced production shift supervisor with a strong background in process technology. Currently serving at Venture Global LNG since January 2021, Derek holds the positions of Production Shift Supervisor and Senior DCS Operator. Prior to this role, Derek spent over five years at Cheniere Energy, Inc., where responsibilities included DCS swing/step up production shift supervisor and other supervisory roles. Earlier career experience includes a ten-year tenure at CITGO Petroleum as a process operator, where Derek was chief and console qualified and participated in various emergency response teams. Derek earned an Associate of Science degree in Process Technology from SOWELA Technical Community College between 2004 and 2005.
