Gagan Salh

Gagan Salh has extensive experience in the engineering field, with their most recent role as the Director of Engineering at Venture Global LNG starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Kiewit as an Engineering Project Manager from 2021 to 2023.

Gagan also held various roles at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, including Master Black Belt OG&C from 2018 to 2023 and Senior Structural Engineer/Supervisor from 2006 to 2021.

They also worked at Bechtel Corporation as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from 2017 to 2023.

Before joining Bechtel, Gagan worked at the California Department of Transportation as a Transportation Engineer from 1999 to 2006.

Their early work experience includes serving as a Structural Engineer at Mitek, where they designed wood trusses and other structural elements for commercial and residential structures.

Gagan Salh obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering and Material Science from the University of California, Davis from 1998 to 2000. Gagan then pursued an MBA in International Finance from the same university from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they have acquired additional certifications such as "Deep Work: Rules for Focused Success in a Distracted World (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in April 2020 and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in December 2017. Gagan is also a certified Professional Engineer in the state of California.
