Isabelle Valentin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Their most recent position is the Chief Operating Officer at Latitude, where they are responsible for setting up the company to launch 50 Zephyr per year. Before that, they served as the Business Unit Director and Chief Technical Officer at Eurostyle Systems, leading technical teams and driving product/process portfolio for automotive parts. Isabelle also worked as the European Development Director at Plastic Omnium, where they led the product development team and established a low-cost CAD team in Poland. Prior to that, they held various roles at Faurecia, Autoliv, and other companies, focusing on quality and efficiency engineering, program management, and technical leadership. Their expertise includes optimization of engineering processes, product cost reduction, and implementation of concurrent engineering practices.
Isabelle Valentin completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanics and Material from Centrale Méditerranée from 1986 to 1989. Isabelle then pursued a PHD in Solid Mechanics, Acoustic and Vibration from Aix-Marseille University from 1989 to 1992. In 2004 to 2005, they attended Autoliv Academy for management studies. Finally, in 2017, they completed a Masterclass in Lean Engineering and Lean Product Development from The Leadership Network.
