Donna Bour

Donna Bour has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Donna is currently working as a Senior Fund Development Officer at Hill Community Development Corporation since May 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Development and Communications at Venture Outdoors since January 2010, where they were responsible for fundraising, development, events, and outbound communications. Donna also worked as the Principal and Owner of Bour Associates starting from September 2001.

Donna has also held several interim executive director positions at VisitMonroeville, where they led a complete rebranding of the agency and developed systems and controls for all operations. Donna was an Administrator at the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of UPMC from January 1999 to September 2001. Furthermore, they worked as a Grants and Contracts Administrator at Allegheny University of the Health Sciences from April 1998 to December 1999.

Donna's earlier roles include serving as an Administrator at the University of Pittsburgh, Center for Research on Healthcare from January 1996 to March 1998, and as an Administrator at UPMC, Transplant Department from March 1989 to December 1996. Donna'sexperience at UPMC involved overseeing administrative support personnel, managing the transfer of transplant research labs, and managing the facility once the move was completed. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Development at BalletMet from May 1988 to October 1989.

Donna Bour began their education at the University of Pittsburgh in 1981, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management. Donna completed their undergraduate studies in 1986. After a few years, Donna then furthered their education at Carnegie Mellon University from 1992 to 1994. At Carnegie Mellon, they obtained a Master of Public Management degree with a focus on Nonprofit Management, specifically emphasizing healthcare.
