Arron York

Arron York is the Managing Director at Venture Search, where Arron co-founded the company and oversees the Dubai office and Commodities practice. Arron is also a Director at Valdere Group. Previously, Arron held the position of Head of Banking & Financial Services, Middle East at Robert Half. Prior to that, Arron worked as a Principal at Selby Jennings within Phaidon International, focusing on Commodities Sales & Trading. Additionally, Arron gained experience as an Insolvency Administrator at Duff & Phelps. Arron holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Science from Loughborough University.
