Toly Shilman is an experienced entrepreneur and strategic leader currently serving as the CEO and Co-founder of CogBias AI, which focuses on creating a platform for cognitive bias detection and mitigation across various industries. Additionally, Toly is a partner at Savvy Tinkers Studios and Venture Studio Associates, dedicated to building AI-powered startups and accelerating startup studio journeys, respectively.
