Venture Together
Melissah Valles is a professional with a strong background in human resources and customer service. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Venture Together since June 2022, Melissah performs administrative duties and maintains business files. Prior experience includes working as an HR Specialist-Records Custodian at Montefiore Nyack Hospital, where Melissah managed employee records for over 600 individuals and prepared new hire packets. Additionally, an internship at Carousel Resort Hotel & Condominiums involved providing high-quality service to guests, and an internship at the U.S. Embassy focused on organization and teamwork in project management. Melissah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Hospitality Management from St. Thomas Aquinas College and an Associate degree in Psychology from Rockland Community College.
