Manisha Mohan has worked for a variety of companies since 2012. Manisha began their career as a Summer Intern for Mahindra & Mahindra in 2012. Manisha then went on to become a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Science in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Research Fellow at PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, UNIVERSITY WEST. From 2017 to 2021, they held roles as a Technology Scout, Program Manager -Digital Devices; Research Investigator at International Flavors & Fragrances, and Senior Research Analyst (Tech Scout) at Traction Technology. In 2019, they founded Tellus Technologies. In 2022, they began working as Manager Innovation and Partnerships at VentureFuel, Entrepreneur Lead at NSF I-Corps Site UPRM, and Co-Founder at Stealth.

Manisha Mohan has an extensive educational background. Manisha began their studies in 1999 at Sacred Heart Senior Secondary School in India. From 2011 to 2015, they attended SRM University, where they earned an Engineering B.Tech in Automobile and Material Science. In 2016, they earned a Diploma in Art of French Perfumery from ISIPCA. Manisha then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, Manisha has obtained several certifications, including Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Google in 2021, Become a Product Manager from Udemy in 2021, and Communication Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020.
