Firdos is an accomplished global financial services executive and change champion with expertise in driving value through M&A integrations, business transformations, customer experience management and organizational design & efficiency. He has a distinguished career of over 40 years and retired as a senior vice president at Scotiabank’s international banking division, where he progressed through a series of increasingly senior leadership roles in Canada, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. These included leading integrations & divestures, business transformations, operations and shared services management, risk management, compliance, strategic sourcing, network optimization, organizational design and customer facing roles in retail and commercial banking.
