Kenneth Wawrew

Mr. Wawrew has over 40 years of experience in high technology industries. Mr Wawrew is currently retired and serving as a director or advisor to high tech companies. Mr. Wawrew is the former Chairman, President and CEO, of SynergX Technologies Inc., a world leading company involved in glass inspection technologies. Prior to this, Mr. Wawrew held the position of Corporate Vice President of Business Development and was a Board member of Photon Dynamics, a NASDQ listed Silicon Valley company, specializing in automated optical inspection for the LCD display and electronics industries. Mr. Wawrew joined Photon Dynamics with the acquisition of Image Processing Systems Inc., a TSX listed company specializing in automated optical inspection for the display, brewing and automotive glass industries. Mr. Wawrew was CEO and Board member of Image Processing Systems Inc., which was named as the fastest growing company in Canada and was listed by Deloitte & Touche in their North American Fast 50 report. Having held a number of senior executive and director positions, Mr. Wawrew has well rounded experience that includes public company, finance, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and global sales. Kenneth Wawrew graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics (Computer Science) degree.
