Sumit Kumar has extensive experience in technical recruiting. Sumit started their career at iTechValue Inc. in 2012 as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for full-cycle IT recruiting and assisting with the recruitment process. Sumit utilized various sourcing tools to find qualified candidates for open positions. In 2015, they joined Ventures Unlimited Inc. as a Sr Technical Recruiter, where they worked as an Account Manager and handled end-to-end recruitment. Sumit interacted with clients on a daily basis to fulfill their requirements, screened candidates based on job specifications, and negotiated rates and salaries. Sumit also mentored junior recruiters.
