Sonia Gokhale

Sonia Gokhale is a partner at VentureSouq, a leading venture capital firm in the Middle East. Sonia has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on actuarial consulting and retirement planning.

Prior to joining VentureSouq, Sonia was an actuary at Mercer, one of the world's largest consulting firms. Sonia worked with clients across the globe on a variety of pension and retirement-related projects. In their role as a senior associate, they led many of Mercer's most complex engagements.

Sonia is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Sonia holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from INSEAD.

Sonia Gokhale has a B.Sc in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto. Sonia is also a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries.
