Prior to that, they were a M&A and Private Equity Lawyer at Allen & Overy, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, corporate governance and sovereign wealth. Before that, they were a Corporate Finance & Securities Lawyer at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, focused on corporate finance and securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing and corporate governance. Suneel began their career as a Student-at-Law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP.

Suneel Gokhale has a JD from The University of British Columbia and an M.Sc from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Suneel is certified by The Law Society of Upper Canada as a Barrister & Solicitor.
