Nikki Benfield

Nikki Benfield serves as the EY Africa Brand, Marketing and Communications Leader since June 2019, overseeing the development and implementation of the brand strategy for Africa in alignment with global standards. With over 25 years of experience in B2B marketing roles, Nikki also manages marketing consulting efforts with VentureWeb and works as a Senior Marketing Consultant, providing strategies and plans for diverse clients. Prior experience includes serving as a Global Marketing Services Senior Manager at Accenture, focusing on operational excellence and marketing strategy, as well as holding the position of Country Marketing Director for Accenture in South Africa and Nigeria, where responsibilities included the integrated marketing plan development. Nikki's education was completed at Sacred Heart College in Johannesburg.
