Baindu Bayon Paicely

Baindu Bayon Paicely, PhD, is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in health commercialization and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at VentureWell, Baindu also holds the position of Senior Development Officer focused on federal partnerships. In addition, Baindu contributes as a Board Member on the Executive Dean’s Advisory Board at Indiana University Bloomington and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Saint Mary's College of California. As a co-founder of Harpii LLC, Baindu has been instrumental in various initiatives, including the NIH RADx Initiative and engagements in small business consultation. Educational credentials include a PhD in Medical and Molecular Genetics from Indiana University School of Medicine and a certificate from the Bank of America Institute for Women's Entrepreneurship at Cornell University.
