Rebecca Ogden

Rebecca Ogden is a dedicated professional with a strong background in education and organizational culture. Currently serving as a People and Culture Associate at VentureWell since October 2023, Rebecca previously held the position of People and Culture Assistant. With extensive experience as an Educator at Hillsborough County Public Schools from January 2016 to August 2023, Rebecca excelled in fostering inclusive environments and enhancing productivity among participants. Earlier roles include a Transportation Specialist at Penquis CAP, where effective communication and coordination helped improve client transportation services across multiple counties. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa.
