Tom Smith

Tom Smith has a diverse work experience in the IT recruitment industry. Tom started their career at Computer Futures, where they specialized in recruiting SAP specialists and software/web developers. Tom then joined Venturi as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they played a key role in building a team of top performers. Tom later became a Contract Team Manager, overseeing a team of consultants in various sectors. Tom's responsibilities included coaching and training their team to meet performance and growth targets. Tom eventually rose to the position of European Managing Director, leading the growth and development of Venturi's IT recruitment business across the UK and German offices. During their tenure, they achieved significant accomplishments such as guiding managers to grow the European contractor book and developing a successful business development strategy.

Tom Smith attended Audenshaw High School from 1999 to 2004. Tom later studied at the University of Manchester from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Law.
