Uday Nagendran

Uday Nagendran has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with extensive expertise in broadband data, mobile applications, and wireless communications technologies. Prior to Venturi, Uday was responsible for market development at Innopath where he managed the sales and delivery pipeline for new markets, exceeding growth targets. He was also the Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Innopath and was responsible for the development of handset and carrier software solutions. He oversaw the development of core IP and patents at a critical stage in the company's IP growth phase, facilitating 100% year-over-year company growth in the first 3 years. As a key member of the management team at these companies, Uday has raised capital in excess of $100m at various stages of their growth and participated in M&A activities. He holds patents in the area of mobile information technology to enable content and application delivery to user-centric devices. Uday holds an M.S. degree from Berkeley and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bangalore University.
