Joice Nelo Furlan has a diverse work experience in various roles. Joice Nelo is currently working as an Automation Test Analyst at Venturus since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at 4win - Tecnologia Da Informacao for five years, starting in September 2016. At 4win, they worked as an Analyst of Tests, mainly focusing on projects involving Web, Mobile, API's Rest, and Soup development. Joice Nelo'sresponsibilities included managing acceptance tests for the Bradesco Cartões Front system and creating test cases based on requirements, bugs, and exploratory tests.

Before joining 4win, Joice had internships at Mega TV - Programa Universo da Moda from March 2015 to October 2015 and at Programa de TV - Saladanet from September 2014 to March 2015.

Joice Nelo Furlan completed their education at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 2013 to 2016. Joice Nelo graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Radio, Television, and Internet. Joice Nelo'sfield of study was Communication and Media Studies. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in Standard General English (Upper-intermediate level) from LAL Language Centres in August 2018 and the title of Radialista from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in December 2016.
