Kleber José de Paula

Kleber José de Paula has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kleber José started their career as a Development Analyst at Ericsson in 2000 and worked there until 2003. Kleber José then joined Softway in 2003 as a Requirements Analyst and Support Analyst until 2004. Following that, they joined Sony Mobile Communications in 2004 as a Project Manager consultant, where they gained valuable experience in project management and financial control until 2017. Since then, they have been working at Venturus, initially as a Development Manager and currently as an Operations Manager and Development Manager. In this role, they have been responsible for managing the development of innovative solutions related to software and hardware for various industries, achieving excellent results and enabling business possibilities.

Kleber José de Paula obtained a Masters Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Universidade Federal de Lavras from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering from UFSJ - Universidade Federal de São João Del Rei between 1992 and 1998.
