Matheus Dini , MBA

Matheus Dini, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Matheus began their career in 1987 as a Software Designer at Sampa Video. In 1993, they worked as an Electronic Technician at Universidade Estadual de Campinas. In 1999, they worked as a Web Developer at BTS Shopcursos and Editora Alto Astral, where they implemented dynamic websites using various programming languages and databases.

Matheus then joined Venturus in 2001 as a Software Developer, responsible for solving complex software problems and proposing new technical solutions for fixed exchange telephony systems. Matheus took on the role of Team Leader in the same company, leading a maintenance group team. Matheus continued to work at Venturus until 2011, gaining experience as a Technical Coordinator and Project Manager. As a Project Manager, they had various responsibilities, including budget strategy and control, coordination of conflicts, and goal achievement.

In 2011, Matheus briefly worked at Ericsson AB in Stockholm as a Systems Engineer, focusing on hardware characteristics measurements and system upgrades. Matheus returned to Venturus in 2012, where they took up the role of Project Manager once again, and participated in agreements with Ericsson to achieve set goals.

Matheus Dini's work experience demonstrates a strong background in software development, leadership, project management, and technical coordination. Matheus has effectively managed projects and led teams, showcasing their ability to handle complex challenges and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Matheus Dini obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho in the period between 1995 and 2000. Afterward, they pursued a Technician degree in Electronics from ETEC from 1990 to 1992. Matheus then went on to attain an Extension degree in IT Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2002. Matheus later completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2013 and 2015.

Additionally, Matheus holds a certification as an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer, which they obtained in May 2010.
